Porting enables you to retain your old number when you move to another network operator. You must, therefore, accept and confirm the following in order to begin the transfer of your number to Yomojo:
- I am requesting the port of my phone number to Yomojo and expressly authorise its porting.
- Porting the above listed number will mean termination of service with my existing mobile operator.
- Outstanding obligations or charges to that mobile operator, including porting or early termination charges, shall be my responsibility and I am solely liable for these costs.
- I shall shoulder all costs associated with porting my phone number.
- Services, unused credit, and/or benefits from my existing service provider are not transferable to Yomojo, and will, therefore, be lost to me.
- Yomojo may in its discretion refuse to port the listed number for any reason, including, for example, purposes that may be deemed fraudulent.
- Yomojo will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from failure or delay in the porting process.
- Yomojo will only port my number once the details associated with my previous mobile operator have been successfully validated.
- To effect the port, Yomojo may supply my porting details to my current telecommunications service provider.
- Once the port is completed, the number I request to be ported will replace the Yomojo number provided on the SIM I have acquired.
- This authorisation is valid for 30 days from acceptance.
I agree to the above as account holder/duly authorised representative of the phone number.
